Refund and Returns Policy


Due to the nature of our produce, we are unable to process cancellations after one hour once you have made your order – this is due to the fact once an order is placed it goes through to our bakery team and enters the fulfilment queue. No order can be stopped once it enters the fulfilment queue. Because of this, please consider your order carefully before you make your purchase.


Due to the nature of our products being perishable we are unable to offer returns on any orders. However, if there is an issue with your order we will do all we can to make things right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with the following information:

  1. A photograph or video of the product (videos are preferred)
  2. Email photo or video to and include your order number as well as any further information that may be relevant to your issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders which are delayed due to circumstances out of our control. In this instance, we will may be able to resend your order but a refund will not be issued. Your order can be cancelled anytime before dispatch, please contact us on the above information if you wish to do so. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to issue a refund or offer any form of cancellation.

All orders must be delivered by our courier partner on the first attempt and cannot be taken back to a depot, and should there be nobody available to accept an order at the specified delivery address, it is in the couriers discretion to leave the parcel(s) in a place they deem to be safe. We cannot be held liable for deliveries that cannot be delivered successfully to a recipient.
